Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of QuickPhotos, the marketplace run by QuickPhotos.co from Indore, India ("QuickPhotos", "we"). By using the site, the WhatsApp number or any part of the service you agree to them, and to the Privacy Policy, the No-Refund Policy and the Content and Copyright Policy.

QuickPhotos connects people who need a photographer or videographer ("clients") with photographers and videographers ("professionals"). We are an introduction service. We are not a party to any agreement between a client and a professional, we do not employ professionals, and we do not guarantee that a client will find a professional or that a professional will win a job.

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep your email account secure; anything done with your account is your responsibility. Give accurate information. You must be at least 18 years old to use QuickPhotos.

A client describes a shoot, usually by WhatsApp. It is free for clients. When a professional unlocks your request, they see your name, phone number and email so they can contact you. Only professionals who have unlocked the request see them, and the number of professionals who can unlock one request may be limited. You decide whom to hire and on what terms; the price and the work are agreed only between you and the professional.

A professional profile may need our approval before it is shown. You must give true information, keep to the law, treat clients with respect, and not use client details for anything except answering the request. Ratings, levels and experience points reflect confirmed hires; do not try to manipulate them. We may hide, suspend or remove a profile that breaks these Terms or the Content and Copyright Policy.

Professionals use "connects" to unlock client requests. Connects are a unit of the platform. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for money, and expire on the date shown with each lot. Connects are obtained only through coupon codes. There are no refunds of money and no returns of connects, for any reason. The full rule is in the No-Refund Policy and is shown before every unlock.

Professionals are responsible for every picture, video and text they add to QuickPhotos, as set out in the Content and Copyright Policy. You give us the limited licence described there so that we can show your work on your profile.

Do not break the law; post false, unlawful, explicit or defamatory material; harass anyone; collect data from the site by automated means; try to get around limits, blocks or security; resell connects or coupons except through an approved partner; or use QuickPhotos to send unsolicited promotions.

You can stop using QuickPhotos at any time and can ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are broken or to protect other people. Unused connects are lost when an account is closed for a breach.

QuickPhotos is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for the conduct of clients or professionals, for jobs lost or won, or for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (which for most people is nothing). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You will compensate us for loss caused by your breach of these Terms or by content you supplied.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Indore, India have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any right you have under mandatory consumer law where you live.

We may change these Terms. We publish each version with its date and, for a material change, ask you to accept it again. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
