These terms apply to resellers ("partners") of QuickPhotos coupon codes in India and the United Arab Emirates, and are governed by the laws of India.
1. Independent resellers
A partner is an independent business. A partner is not an employee, agent or representative of QuickPhotos.co and cannot bind us. What a partner pays us, and what it charges its customers, is settled outside the platform; QuickPhotos does not track money.
2. Codes
We give a partner batches of coupon codes. A code works for any professional in any country and is active from the moment we activate the batch. A partner sees only its own codes and whether each is unused or redeemed. Codes must not be sold before they are handed over to us as active, and must not be copied or generated by anyone else.
3. No refunds, stated at the point of sale
Connects have no cash value and there are no refunds of money and no returns of connects. The partner must show this rule to every customer before the sale, in the words of the No-Refund Policy, and must not promise otherwise.
4. Conduct
A partner must not mislead customers about QuickPhotos, guarantee jobs or income, or use our name in a way that suggests we endorse anything else. We may void unused codes or end the arrangement if these terms are broken.
5. Data
Partners must protect any personal data of customers they handle and use it only for the sale and support of QuickPhotos codes.
