No-Refund Policy

There are no refunds of money and no returns of connects, for any reason.

Connects are a unit of the QuickPhotos platform. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred to anyone, and cannot be exchanged for money.

Connects are obtained only through coupon codes, from us or from an approved partner. What a partner charges is between you and the partner; the same rule applies to what you bought from them.

Unlocking a request spends connects at once. This is final even if the client cannot be reached, gave wrong details, has already booked someone else, or does not reply.
•
Connects expire on the date shown with each lot. Expired connects are not returned or extended.
•
If a technical fault on our side prevented an unlock from working, tell us through Help and support. Whether to correct a balance in such a case is decided only by the Owner of QuickPhotos, case by case, and is not a right.
You are shown this rule before you unlock a request and you confirm it. Partners must show it at the point of sale.
