How we handle a complaint
1.
You send it using the form on this page, or write to the email above.
2.
We acknowledge it within 24 hours and give it a reference.
3.
We look into it and reply with the outcome within 15 days. Urgent matters, such as an unlawful picture or a copyright notice, are handled first.
4.
If you are not satisfied you can ask for a review, and you may approach the Data Protection Board of India or another authority that applies to you.
For copyright and privacy complaints about a picture or profile, use the Copyright and privacy complaints form so the item can be hidden while we check.
